Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Authorization

You confirm you own the systems named in the engagement or have written permission from the owner. We will not begin testing without that authorization. You will not ask us to assess a third-party system without it.

Scope

Work is limited to the hosts, applications, accounts, and time window described in the statement of work. Out-of-scope systems are not tested.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate contacts, environments, and (when required) test accounts. You keep backups and change-control as you normally would. Production testing is at your risk once you have authorized it.

Confidentiality

Both sides treat findings, credentials, and reports as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or you ask us to share them with a named third party.

No warranty of perfection

An assessment is a point-in-time review of agreed scope. It does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been found or that the system is free of risk after remediation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not responsible for losses from issues outside the agreed scope or from changes you make after delivery.
