Reports and engagement data
Findings, evidence, and related files are treated as confidential and used only to perform the authorized engagement, including retest.
Retention
Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up engagement. Engagement records are retained for the period agreed in the statement of work, then deleted or returned as specified.
